Payment process
The online ordering service is powered by Plimus, Inc. (located in California) that uses the highest level of encryption throughout the entire order and setup processes, from all order pages, through the storage of customer information, and credit card processing which is done by Wells Fargo, one of the largest and most trusted financial institutions.
You can pay via credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, phone, fax, mail, check or money order.
All prices exclude VAT.
As soon as you submit an order, your registration key and download instructions are e-mailed to you between 24/48h after order (time for fraud verification). Use the key to activate the software you have already downloaded and installed.
Upgrades
You receive include 12 months support and maintenance (include minor and major) updates for the software version that you purchase. You are entitled to support (by email) from our development team.
Refunds and our money-back policy
Before purchasing a license, you are provided a fully functional evaluation version to determine whether the Software fits your business needs, works on your computer, and provides the benefits for which you will purchase the Software license.
You do not have to provide Zprotect with a credit card or other purchase information when you download, install or use the Software during this evaluation period; it is required only when you decide to purchase the software license, at which time the purchase price for the license.
So we don't offer you any refund and money back service after finishing the dilivery of Software.
